Ingeborgs singing career started out as an ensemble member and a team player. The last fifteen years, she has been a member of The Norwegian Soloists' Choir. But her some-twenty-years career also contains great soloist challenges with top level ensembles and conductors, like Jordi Savall, Les Arts Florissants and Gothenburg Baroque.

Enjoying her childhood in Oslo, Norway, Ingeborg took piano lessons and sang in the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation's girls' choir. However, she could not imagine a future as a professional musician. 

After checking out Theoretical Rocket Science and accounting, she finally applied for The Norwegian Academy of Music, and was, to her astonishment, accepted.

During her years as a professional singer, Ingeborg has been deep diving into many different styles, like barock, contemporary music and Norwegian folk music. Thanks to her work ethics and theoreticall skills, she has been able to study and perform repertoire with a high degree of complexity and virtuosity. But it is always the musical thrift and the emotional content that intrigues Ingeborg the most, and that is her driving force.

On her spare time, she maintains her garden at Dovre, makes gourmet food with her son or plays the ukulele with her boyfriend.
